They have good food but they have a cashier that is unhappy with life. Very rude and short with the customers because she want to sell what she wants you to buy, meaning she don't listen well to the customers but ince she get it. She will act right. God case yall but the hotel barbecue is . Them legs and thighs is on point.

I normally order through doordash, but today I decided to go to the location in person for the first time. Usually I only order the perch. Today I was feeling adventurous and tried the pick two. Even more delicious when you pick it up yourself! I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great food and wonderful service.

I actually love this place. It used to be really crappy but it has gotten way better customer service wise over the years. And yes that is the correct spelling of the restaurant. You have to look closely at the sign. I'm not sure if they are affiliated with the other sharks locations. The food is a lot better at this location. I'm not partial to it because it's closer to me, it's just better! The inside is well lit and always clean. The people have been nice and I really like them. Anytime I come in they always great me with a smile. There's definitely a lot of people who come in begging for something free. I would loose it if I were them. But they smile on. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is very good! It's as close to home as I have found before. I have never been disappointed with the food I order. Nice size pieces. The catfish (especially the nuggest), perch, and chicken wings are my favorites. The employees are very friendly. They have new trainees still learning the ropes so I'm not gonna hold that against them, it takes time to get it.

I have a SHARK'S right next door to my home, yet I choose to travel to SHARXS a few miles away. They take pride in what they serve you. The food is always fresh and delicious. Normally, when women know they're cute, they have nasty attitudes. Their cashier is super cute and is as sweet as pie. Her customer service skills can't be beat. I always have a pleasant experience

The food is great! I got a large chicken dinner and they were huge! The lemon pepper seasoning they add to food is one of a kind as well and the people there were really cool as well. I definitely recommend trying it out if you haven't already!

OMG the fish and chicken at this location is SO GOOD! Always served hot and fresh. Good customer service each time I go there. Sometimes there is a little bit of a long wait time but nothing outrageous. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food.

This is by far the cleanest fish and chicken restaurant in Chicago. The employees are friendly and make sure you get your food and get out the door quick. I highly recommend if you are close to stop by, or if ordering online to give them a try. You absolutely won’t be disappointed!
